Questions & Answers

  • The logistics of holding a training

  • What is the virtual classroom?

  • When will I receive an invitation to my training?

Five business days before the start of the training, participants receive a formal invitation email, as a reminder with more information on the logistics of the training.

  • Is it possible to take a course in physical presence?

Yes. For certain trainings, we make it possible to deliver the service in physical presence for customers wishing to obtain training at their offices, in a private class modality.

  • Is the courseware included in my training?

Courseware in electronic form is included in a large majority of trainings. Exceptions can be personalized trainings or short trainings (for example half a day). The exclusives section of the chosen course can inform you if the courseware is included in your training.

  • Should we receive a certificate of attendance after completing the training?

For most trainings, you receive a certificate of attendance (or an attendance badge), which will be delivered to you electronically the day following the end of your training. Consult the exclusives section on the chosen training page to ensure that a certificate of attendance is included in your course.

  • How will I receive my exam voucher?

If the exam voucher is included in your training package, you can request it in response to the conclusion email sent the day after your class.

  • Conditions

  • What kind of computer do I need to attend a training online?

A regular PC running Windows 7 or higher can be used to attend your training. We use the Microsoft Teams conferencing tool, but it is not mandatory to install it, since you can join your class using the Web version. In case of a technical lab, it is also hosted online, thus not requiring any special hardware configuration. All what is really needed is a stable Internet connection to attend the class.

  • Types of training and dates

  • What is a tentative date?

A tentative date is a date for which the course will take place soon, with the possibility of adjusting it to reach a minimum registration threshold or according to the availability of the trainer. When a course indicates a tentative date, this indicates that there is interest from one or more companies for this training and that a group is being formed. You can recognize a scheduled date by its symbol: .

  • What is a guaranteed date?

A guaranteed date means that a sufficient number of participants have registered for a course and that a training resource has been dedicated, allowing it to take place. A symbol  indicates that the course will definitely start on the date indicated.

  • What is the difference between public and private training?

The public training can be attended by participants from different organizations, usually with a tentative or guaranteed date.

The private training is dedicated only for the participants of your company. A sufficient number of participants to attend the selected training is required. There are no dates for private trainings available on our website - please contact us for the details.

  • Can private training be postponed?

In accordance with our General Conditions, in certain situations, it is possible to postpone a private training.

  • The course is often postponed, is this common?

Yes, this is common in our industry, because the minimum threshold of registered participants has not been reached to allow the class to start or the training or an instructor resource is not available. You can convert the training to private training or register more participants so that we can offer you a guaranteed date. In this way, your course will definitely take place.

  • The training you are interested in does not have a date on the site, what does this mean?

This means that the training is exclusively available in private class modality, that is for a number of participants from one organization, with a minimum of enrolments required.
