ARTICLE 4 – INFORMATION STORAGE

Our Website is hosted by LiquidWeb, an online platform that allows us to present our services related to IT training.

Your data is stored in the LiquidWeb storage system as well as on the Microsoft 365 cloud platform. Your data is preserved on secured servers, and protected with a firewall as well as encrypted with a compliant algorithm.

ARTICLE 5 – SERVICES GIVEN BY THIRD PARTIES

In general, the third party providers will solely collect, use, and disclose your information related to providing the service.

Regarding these providers, we recommend you to read their confidentiality policies in order to understand the way they will carry your personal information.

It is important to understand that certain providers could be located or have installations located in a different jurisdiction from ours. Thus, if you proceed in giving your information, applicable laws of that specific jurisdiction where the provider or its installations are located will apply.

For example, if you are located in Canada and that your registration information generates and email that becomes stored in Microsoft 365, the information belonging to you and used for the transaction could be disclosed in accordance to the legislation of the United States, including the Patriot Act.

Once you leave our Website, you are no longer regulated by the present confidentiality policy, nor the General terms and Conditions from our Website.
