This seven-day certification track training is composed of two parts:

Managing Microsoft Teams (MS-700T00)

In this four-day course, you will learn about various Teams management tools, security and compliance feature for Teams, network requirement for Teams deployment as well as different Teams settings and policies for managing collaboration and communication experience in Teams. You will learn about Teams architecture. Specifically, you will learn about the integration between Microsoft Teams and various workloads and services in Microsoft 365. You will also learn about preparing the environment for a Microsoft Teams deployment, including security and compliance features for Teams as well as network settings. Lastly, you will learn about how to create and manage teams and channels. You will further learn about different settings and policies to manage collaboration and communication experiences in Microsoft Teams.

Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer (MS-720T00)

In this three-day course, you will learn how to plan, design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot an integrated communications solution at an organization using Microsoft Teams. The course will cover Teams Phone with Calling Plans, Direct Routing, and Operator Connect, in addition to Teams devices, audio/video conferencing, and voice migration. Students will learn troubleshooting methodologies and how to resolve common telephony and voice problems.

This training is a comprehensive preparation to the exams MS-700 and MS-720 to help participants obtain the Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification.
