As a Cloud User, your role is to leverage cloud applications in a daily operational scenario. These apps are provided by an active cloud subscription and controlled by your organization's policy. Cloud applications have the advantage of being updated automatically. New features are continually released, ensuring you have the best productivity tools to work with your company files, access your tasks, read emails, collaborate in teams and more.
The trainings below aim in particular to:
- Discover the essential cloud computing features of Microsoft 365, Azure and Google Workspace;
- Become familiar with common work tools, such as Microsoft Teams, the Office Web suite, OneNote and Planner;
- Go through the basics of Power Automate, the tool for creating business flows and processes;
- Introduce essential security concepts applicable to all users.
