TRAINING LOGISTICS
What is a virtual classroom?
The virtual classroom is a live broadcast mode for your training over the Internet. You can attend the training from any location, at the same pace and in an equally interactive manner as if you were physically in a classroom. We use the Microsoft Teams platform to conduct all our virtual classroom training.
When will I receive an invitation to my training?
Five business days before the start of the training, participants receive a formal invitation email as a reminder with more information about the training logistics.
Is it possible to attend a course in person?
No, since the end of 2021, Eccentrix has completely shifted to the virtual classroom – the innovative method of attending your class online via live streaming.
What is the schedule for a training course?
It is from 9 AM to 5 PM. The course is held on weekdays.
Is the literature included?
Electronic literature is included in the vast majority of training courses. Exceptions may include customized training or short courses (e.g., half-day sessions). Simply check the exclusives section on the course page to see if literature is included.
Are there any scheduled breaks during the course?
Yes, there are three breaks. The morning break (20 minutes) around 10:20 AM, the lunch break (one hour) from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, and the afternoon break (20 minutes) at 2:30 PM. Break times may vary if the training is private.
Will I receive a certificate of attendance after completing the training?
You will receive a digital certificate of attendance (either a certificate or a class completion badge, depending on the course), delivered electronically the day after your training ends. Refer to the exclusives section on the chosen course page for details about the certificate of attendance.
How will I receive my exam voucher?
If the exam voucher is included in your training package, you can request it through a link provided in the class completion email, or by replying to the same email (sent the day after your course ends).
CONDITIONS
What type of computer do I need to attend an online training course?
A conventional computer running Windows 7 or higher can be used to attend your training. We use the Microsoft Teams conferencing tool, but it is not mandatory to install it, as you can join your class using the web version. In the case of a technical lab, it is also hosted online, so no special hardware configuration is needed. All that is really required is a stable internet connection to attend the course.
What is the minimum number of participants required for a course to take place?
The minimum number of participants varies depending on the chosen training, but it is generally between four to six participants.
When can I expect to receive a follow-up or a response to my request?
The initial response to your request will be provided within the next few minutes following your inquiry during business hours. Eccentrix is committed to responding to all corporate inquiries where client information is complete. A service offer may be sent to you, depending on whether additional information is required.
What is your policy in case of cancellation or rescheduling of the class date?

TYPES OF TRAININGS AND DATES
What is a planned date?
A planned date is a date on which the course is planned to take place soon, with the possibility of rescheduling to reach a minimum registration threshold or according to the trainer’s availability.
What is a guaranteed date?
A guaranteed date means that a sufficient number of participants have registered for a course and a trainer has been assigned, ensuring that the course will definitely take place on that date.
What is the difference between public training and private training?
Public training can be attended by participants from different organizations, usually with a scheduled or guaranteed date.
Private training is dedicated exclusively to participants from your company. A sufficient number of participants is required to attend the selected training. There are no dates for private training available on our website – please contact us for details.
Can private training be rescheduled?
In accordance with our General Conditions, it is possible to reschedule private training in certain situations.
The course is often rescheduled; is this common?
Yes, it is common in our industry. The minimum number of registered participants must be reached for the class to start, and the trainer must be available. You can convert the training to private training or register more participants so that we can offer you a guaranteed date or ensure your class takes place sooner.
The training I am interested in does not have a date on the website; what does that mean?
This means that the training is exclusively available as a private course, meaning it is for a certain number of participants from an organization, with a minimum number of registrations required.
THE PAYMENT OF YOUR TRAINING
How can I pay for a training course?
You can pay for your training by:
– Credit card: a link will be sent to you by email to complete the payment.
– Bank transfer: the banking information will be provided on the invoice sent to you.
Payment by check is not accepted.
When is the invoice sent and what is the payment deadline?
Within two days of accepting the offer, the invoice will be sent to you. Payment is due seven days from the date of receipt to maintain the agreement, in accordance with Article 7 of the General Conditions.
Are taxes included in the price on the website, and what is the currency?
The prices on the website are in Canadian dollars, excluding taxes. The total amount will be indicated when you fill out the course registration form.
