Cloud Administrator

The cloud administrator is responsible for managing the cloud services acquired by the organization. Their mission is to ensure transparency in accessing configured cloud or hybrid services, meaning that some of these services continue to reside in the organization’s data center.

Despite the simplicity of setting up a new cloud subscription, the administrator often needs to integrate it with the organization’s settings and apply certain policies to ensure compliance with SaaS or IaaS policies.

The following training programs aim to:

  • Introduce the services available with a Microsoft 365 business subscription;
  • Recognize the configuration possibilities for messaging and communication, particularly in a hybrid mode;
  • Familiarize with cloud security concepts using Microsoft 365;
  • Use Microsoft 365 to manage compliance and security of workstations;
  • Understand how Azure operates in infrastructure mode to configure virtual machines, storage, and networking.

Possible certifications upon completing your training include:

  • Microsoft Certified;
  • Microsoft Azure Certified.
